Shipping policy
At Sophie M Designs, we ship all orders from our warehouse in Victoria, Australia and strive to get your jewellery to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Any orders placed after 1 PM AEST will be processed on the next business day. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to prepare your order before it is dispatched.
During sale periods, processing and delivery times may take longer due to high demand.
Shipping Within Australia
We offer both Standard and Express shipping, with free shipping available on eligible orders.
Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping:
- FREE for orders over $100 AUD
- $9.50 AUD flat rate for orders under $100 AUD
Express Shipping:
- $15 AUD flat rate
Estimated Delivery Times
Please note that delivery times do not include the 1-3 business day processing time.
Standard Shipping (Australia Post eParcel)
- Vic: 2 - 4 business days
- Outside Vic: 3 - 8 business days
Express Shipping (Australia Post eParcel)
- Vic: 1 - 3 business days
- Outside Vic: 1 - 4 business days
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
